Best Gemini Visibility Trackers (2026)

Best Gemini Visibility Trackers (2026)

We tested every Gemini visibility tracker on the market. Here is what actually works for tracking brand mentions in Google Gemini answers, with pricing and caveats.

Google Gemini now powers a large slice of buyer research questions. When a buyer types best CRM under 50 users into Gemini and gets back three product names, only those three brands win the demo. Everyone else is invisible.

Most legacy SEO tools such as Ahrefs and Semrush do not track Google rankings and therefore don't know how many product names Google Gemini recommends for a given prompt or how that number may change over time. They can also fail to track a competitor that is supplanting your brand for a buyer's research in Gemini AI.

A new category of Gemini visibility trackers has appeared. We tested them against four working criteria: coverage, citation depth, refresh cadence, and price honesty. Here is the breakdown.

What a real Gemini visibility tracker actually does

    1. Runs scheduled prompt sweeps against the live Gemini API, not a stale snapshot
    2. Logs the full verbatim answer for every prompt, not just a mention count
    3. Extracts the citation list behind each answer, including domain authority and sentiment
    4. Benchmarks you against named competitors on the same prompts
    5. Surfaces fixable gaps, not vanity charts
      1. Runs scheduled prompt sweeps against the live Gemini API (as opposed to static content).
        1. Logs the full answer (word for word) for every prompt that was tracked, not just how many times a product was mentioned.
          1. Extracts the list of citations behind each answer including domain authority and sentiment.
            1. Benchmarks you against named competitors on the same prompts.
            2. Surfaces fixable gaps, not vanity charts.

Anything less is a dashboard, not a tracker.

            The shortlist

            AURALIS

            AURALIS

Tracking Gemini output against ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity in the one workspace. Auralis logs all of the verbatim answers for the prompts which were run. These can then be viewed in a tree, with the answer for each prompt at a node and the citation list for the answer exported as a CSV for further analysis. Auralis also enables tracking against up to 5 competitors on the Starter Plan and up to 20 on the Scale Plan for all the prompts which are run against Gemini as well as the other AI engines. Auralis also provides a public Aura Check tool that can be used for a free preview of the data quality prior to signing up for a paid plan

            1. Auralis wins when it comes to free public Aura Check on the home page, raw query logs for tracking and auditing and manual invoicing in addition to Stripe for finance tracking.

Where it is still growing: native WordPress and Shopify integrations are on the next quarter roadmap.

              Profound

The product is solid; it's the pricing for the Enterprise offering that's prohibitive for most teams. Profound tracks all major AI engines (not just Gemini); however, they don't offer a free public account to track all AI. Their reporting is pretty solid and very opinionated which makes for a great workflow for very large brands; however, for most middle market teams, the floor for the tool is probably too steep to begin.

                Otterly.ai

                1. Otterly.ai. Otterly does Gemini visibility well at a startup-friendly price. The competitor benchmarking module is solid. Citation depth is shallower than what AURALIS or Profound surface, but for early-stage teams the trade-off is reasonable.

                  Trakkr.ai

                  Trakkr.ai

                  How to choose without overthinking

If you are a marketing team running monthly tracking: pick the tool with the deepest verbatim logs and the cleanest CSV export. Reports are written off raw data, not dashboards.

p.If you are a sales team using Gemini visibility as a discovery hook: pick the tool with a free public scorecard. The prospect needs to see something live in the first call.
Trakkr.ai - Trakkr is a relatively new tool that currently only tracks Gemini and ChatGPT. The tool has a simple and clean interface and is a good option for users who currently only use Google's AI products and are looking for a simple tool to track their competitors. As of now, Trakkr only partially supports Claude and Perplexity and therefore is not recommended for those currently using those tools.

                  The metric that matters

Mention count is the floor of this space. But ultimately the metric that matters for your pipeline is going to be citation share in the answer. Are you being mentioned? Okay, cool. But are you being mentioned in third position in the third paragraph below two other competitors. That is where your conversion is going to break down. So a working AI tracker needs to be able to show you the slot position and the sentiment. Simple counts will not get you there.

                  Run a check first

Before you sign up for any of these trackers, do a free check for your brand on the Aura Check tool, linked below. The score will give you a sense of the gap you have at closing in on Gemini visibility. If your visibility is already pretty strong, you might not need a full tracker, and a thirty day trial of the tool you pick will be sufficient to get up to speed. Run a free Aura Check now. No sign up required.
