Clients are each set up in their own separate tenant(s) within which they can have their own visibility studies, citation maps etc & a content workspace. Logging on to system once then just select off the top bar the relevant client to view off their studies, their citation maps etc & access to content workspace. None of the other clients data is mixed up with this clients. Reports are also client specific.
A new pdf is created for every client on the 1st of every month. All the relevant data is uploaded to the report: the timelines, the competitor benchmark, the citation map and the content. You then add a single paragraph and we mail it off.
